Delivery
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
Returns and Refunds
Claims and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to Charmers Sportswear in original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the product. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications. All returns must be authorised by Charmers Sportswear. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Also, freight will be charged when sending any exchanged product
Custom Products
Charmers Sportswear will not accept product returns for custom made or made to order products or custom branded products unless such custom made or made to order products are faulty or do not conform to specifications.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Goods and Shortages
If you receive a product which is faulty (or where the product is custom made and does not conform to specifications) contact Charmers Sportswear to arrange a free return delivery and an exchange or credit to your account. All returns must be authorised by Charmers Sportswear. If you receive an order with shortages, contact Charmers Sportswear to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. This claim needs to be sent through within 2 days of receiving your stock so that Charmers Sportswear can verify with our internal despatch checklist. Claims after 2 days will not be entertained. You will not be charged for the freight costs of products sent out to satisfy product shortages. Charmers Sportswear will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery or during courier. You must notify Charmers Sportswear of the fault (or in the case of custom made products, non-conformance to specifications) within a reasonable time of delivery, provide full details of the fault along with the invoice number, and look after the products until they are returned.
If incorrect product has been received, please notify Charmers Sportswear within reasonable time and Charmers Sportswear will verify with our internal checklist, if an incorrect product has been sent, Charmers sportswear will cover the cost of posting the correct product and retrieving the incorrect product from your premises.
Who covers the courier charge of returned products?
For change of mind returns, it is your responsibility to pay for the courier to return your product. We recommend using a trusted courier as we won’t be held responsible for any product that you return that goes missing or damaged in transit.
Do Charmers Sportswear refund faulty products?
Charmers Sportswear always aims to provide high-quality products. However, if an item has a factory fault, please notify us and we will happily replace it or refund your purchase price.
Can I return sale or discounted items?
No, we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless found to be faulty.
